• HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEMS?
   

You will have a maximum of 30 days counting from the day the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent.

• CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

The products should always be returned in the original packaging. Please pack the products and attach the printed electronic receipt so that we can process the refund as soon as we get the goods. To guarantee the refund, please note that items must be in perfect condition.

If the items is a gift, you should bear in mind that the reimbursement will be made to the purchaser’s credit card or to his/her PayPal account.

• DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

Returns are always free of charge.

• WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in original condition and internal labels must be intact, if the product does not meet our expectations we will not be able to reimburse!) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card are always dependent on your bank.

Remember that the items you return must be in the same condition you received them in. T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.. must be returned in the original, sealed packaging.
