WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box). Items offered over this Site are available for delivery only to users located in the United States.

WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse) and another one with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page).

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY IN DELIVERY CHARGES?

It depends on the purchase amount, Here is an example:

Shipping Location - Home

Purchase Amount - Under $55.0 USD

Delivery Charges - $5.00 USD

Shipping Location - Home

Purchase Amount - Over $55.0 USD

Delivery Charges - FREE

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

PLEASE NOTE THAT It will take 2-7 working days for your order to be fulfilled at our warehouse!

FLAT RATE: You will receive your order in an estimated period of 2-5 working days after fulfillment.

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, in section Orders Placed of your account you will see the status of your orders and have a link to track their exact location once they are being processed by the transport company. You will also receive an e-mail with a link for tracking the package as soon as it is ready for dispatch.

If there are any shipping restrictions for your delivery address, you’ll see this restrictions at the time of purchase.

Your order may be dispatched from various warehouses to accelerate our delivery process.

If this happens, we’ll notify you via email to tell you which items you’ll be receiving in each delivery.
